Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare your ingredients by slicing the frozen banana if it's not already, zesting one key lime, and juicing the key limes to yield 1/4 cup of fresh juice.
- Step 2: Add the sliced frozen banana, full-fat canned coconut milk, fresh key lime juice, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, and key lime zest into a high-speed blender.
- Step 3: Add the ice cubes to the blender last.
