Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using fresh peaches, thinly slice them. If using canned peaches, ensure they are well drained. Thinly slice or shred the fresh mozzarella cheese.
- Step 2: Place the Naan breads on a baking sheet. Lightly brush the surface of each Naan with olive oil, then distribute the fresh mozzarella cheese evenly over the oiled Naan.
- Step 3: Arrange the peach slices over the cheese on each Naan bread. Sprinkle lightly with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Step 4: Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the Naan edges are golden and slightly crispy.
- Step 5: Carefully remove the pizzas from the oven. Immediately scatter the fresh basil leaves over the hot pizzas. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey, if desired.
