Experience sun-kissed bliss with this Iced Guava White Tea Lemonade! Delicate white tea meets tropical guava and zesty lemon for a perfectly balanced, refreshing sip.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 white tea bag
  • 6 ounces hot water
  • 2 ounces guava nectar
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 ounce simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 lemon slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Brew the white tea. Steep one white tea bag in 6 ounces of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and allow the brewed tea to cool completely to room temperature, or chill in the refrigerator for faster cooling.
  2. Step 2: In a separate mixing glass or shaker, combine the guava nectar, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. Step 3: Once the brewed white tea has cooled, pour it into the mixing glass with the guava, lemon, and simple syrup mixture. Stir everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more simple syrup.
  4. Step 4: Fill a tall serving glass generously with ice cubes.
  5. Step 5: Pour the "Iced Guava White Tea Lemonade" mixture from the mixing glass over the ice in the serving glass.
  6. Step 6: Garnish with a fresh lemon slice on the rim or in the drink, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Store the prepared drink without ice in an airtight pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; add fresh ice just before serving.
  • As an iced beverage, this drink is meant to be served refreshingly cold, so no reheating is needed!
  • For an extra fancy touch, try garnishing with a few fresh mint leaves or a skewer of berries alongside the lemon slice.
  • Take care not to over-steep your white tea; 3-4 minutes is usually ideal to maintain its delicate flavor profile against the bolder guava and lemon.
