Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 slider rolls (such as Hawaiian or dinner rolls)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons au jus seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine the beef broth and au jus seasoning mix. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish. Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Step 4: Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese generously over the roast beef, then place the top halves of the rolls on top.
- Step 5: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the slider rolls for added flavor and richness.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm with the heated au jus on the side for dipping, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For optimal freshness, store any leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- To reheat your sliders, wrap them in aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, ensuring they stay moist and the cheese melts perfectly.
- Serve these delicious sliders alongside a fresh salad or crispy fries for a delightful meal that will impress your guests at any gathering.
- For an extra flavor boost, consider adding sautéed onions or bell peppers to the roast beef before layering it onto the rolls; it adds a wonderful depth to the dish!
