Craving a satisfying snack? Our No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups are a breeze! Just melt, stir, and chill for a chewy, sweet, and nutty delight. Find complete steps and nutritional facts here.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla powder, and salt. Microwave for 30-60 seconds on high, stirring halfway, until the mixture is warm and smooth enough to combine easily. Alternatively, melt the ingredients together in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Step 2: Add the rolled oats and powdered sugar (if using) to the wet mixture. Stir thoroughly with a sturdy spoon or spatula until all the oats are evenly coated and the mixture is well combined.
  3. Step 3: Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease each cup. Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, portion the oat mixture into each prepared muffin cup, pressing down firmly to compact it.
  4. Step 4: Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1-2 hours, or until the cups are firm and set. Once set, remove the cups from the muffin tin and peel off the liners before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Store your oat cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze them for longer enjoyment; just let them thaw briefly before indulging!
  • No need to reheat these delightful cups; they're perfectly scrumptious straight from the fridge, or you can let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes for a softer, chewier treat.
  • These versatile cups make a fantastic grab-and-go breakfast, a satisfying afternoon snack, or a guilt-free dessert, especially when topped with a few chocolate chips or a drizzle of extra honey.
  • To ensure your mixture comes together effortlessly and the oats are perfectly coated, make sure the wet ingredients are truly warm and smooth after microwaving or melting.
