- 4 ripe peaches, sliced

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan with non-stick spray or butter to prevent sticking.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with half of the granulated sugar (1/8 cup) and pour it into the bottom of the prepared cake pan. Arrange the sliced peaches over the butter-sugar mixture in an even layer.
- Step 3: In a separate mixing bowl, combine the remaining granulated sugar (5/8 cup), all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, peach nectar, and vanilla bean paste. Stir until just combined and the batter is smooth.
- Step 4: Pour the batter evenly over the arranged peaches in the cake pan. Gently spread it out with a spatula if necessary.
- Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
